Bruce Stebner
Bruce was a studio potter for over 40 years after his BFA degree for Kent State University. Beginning in the late 1990's, Stebner began painting murals in private residences, which led to his present career. painting fine art. Stebner's paintings savor the beauty he finds in unassuming motifs at home and in Europe, where he teaches and paints several times a year. Stebner’s paintings are intimate visual poems.
Stebner, has been featured in Country Living, Country Home, the Chicago Tribune, as well as many regional Ohio newspapers. His work has been sold in galleries in Atlanta, Chicago, Columbus, Santa Fe and New York, as well as in own studio in Akron. Stebner has his first one-man-show in both New York City and in the Southwest of France in 2015. His paintings have won awards in regional exhibitions.
