Our goal it to have your item(s) available within an hour, however it can sometimes take longer. If you would like your item(s) immediately after ordering, please call us and we can try to accommodate your request. (234) 718-3640

SHIPPING/RETURNS FAQs

We ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS.

At this time, we do not. The shipping rates listed apply to the continental United States and Canada. Both USPS and UPS may require additional charges for Canada, Hawaii, and Alaska.

Our goal is to ship the same day we receive your order, or within 24 hours. Orders placed on the weekends may take a little longer to ship out. We take great care with every item you order to ensure it ships to you quickly, safely and at rates as low as possible.

We offer the highest quality artwork and gifts at affordable prices. We expect you to be thrilled with your purchases from us so if there is any issue with your order, please just contact us and we will make it right. All sales are final.

Looking Glass Gifts and Gallery may consider donating gift cards and/or products to qualifying non-profit organizations to be used as prizes or auction items for events or fundraising activities. Looking Glass will read all requests and consider each on an individual basis. Please note we receive hundreds of donation requests a year and unfortunately cannot donate to all.
